How It Works 

The time you book is the time we will arrive at the address listed on the booking form.  Set Ups take a minimum of 2 hours, you will get updates while we are there. Please plan to not be in the space during this time.

Once your reservation is booked add "De'Lissia Frazier" to your list so I can receive the key upon arrival.

rooms must be cleaned and ready for our services upon arrival. 

we offer morning after clean up for $75.

1. A 50% deposit is required to secure the date and time. the remaining balance is due 24 hours before setup Is begun. payments are nonrefundable unless there's an unforeseen circumstance on our end. 

2. Parking must be discussed before my arrival. If there's no free parking available, a $30 parking fee will be included in your balance. 

3. Bookings must be secured 1 week before the date. last minute bookings will result in a $75 fee and there's $1oo fee for same day bookings. 

4. pop corn and high ceilings are $50 due to extra material and time being used. 

We are located in north Dallas. destinations outside of a 15 mile radius will result in a fee of $3 per mile.
